20% clothes we once wore (post consumer cotton and denim)
40% cuttings from factories (pre-consumer cotton)
40% recycled polyester from PET bottles
The material used is cutting waste from the clothing industry, which is processed into polyester recycled into a new yarn. In addition raw materials from post consumer cotton and denim are used. Therefore the production does not require virgin material. The fibers are sorted by color and no dyeing is required. The production of this product saves 6200 liters of water compared to the traditional production method.
The size chart can be found in the pictures. The dimensions in the table are measured on the garment. A half chest circumference is used because it is easy to measure from something already found in the closet for the sake of comparison.
